Lincoln D. Gomez is admitted to the Bar in Aruba, Curacao, Sint Maarten and Bonaire, Saba and St. Esuattius. He holds degrees in Biology and Chemistry from Saint Leo University, Tampa, Florida and a law degree from the University of Aruba and a LL.M. in international tax from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, San Diego, California. He is an author and lecturer on Aruba law, aviation and international tax. His publications are in the areas of: the Civil Code of Aruba, labor laws, intellectual property, aviation finance, international tax and corporate law. He authors a blog www.lincolngomez.com.
He is a past President of the Aruba Bar Association, the Aruba Financial Center Association and has held various executive positions in local as well as international trade and professional organisations.
