Biography

Andin C.G. Bikker is based in Aruba. He is admitted to the Bar in both Aruba and the Netherlands Antilles as of November 1995. He holds law degrees from the Free University Amsterdam and followed a post graduate course of capita selecta tax law at the University of Amsterdam.

He is co-founder and managing-partner of Gomez & Bikker www.gobiklaw.com. His practice concentrates on Aruba corporate law and finance, telecommunications, real estate, civil and administrative litigation. He is an author and lecturer on Aruba law and Netherlands Antilles law.

Additional Positions

He is past president and general board member of the Aruba Financial Center Association www.afca-aruba.com He is a member of various international professional organizations, including: www.terralex.org and www.iaba.org. He provides legal services on aspects of Aruba law for US based companies in matters pertaining to Aruba and Netherlands Antilles law.
