Biography
Jaime finished his Juris Doctor (JD) at the Universidad Católica de Guayaquil in 2008. In 1996 he finished his Master in Public Administration at Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral, ESPOL. He became a Lawyer in 1994 and his been practicing law since then. He obtained his Licentiate (BA) in Social Science and Politics, 1992 at the Universidad Catolica de Guayaquil. Jaime has been active in many politican and non-profit organizations.
